Refund Policy

As we have confidence in the proper functionality of our products, which are digital goods delivered through internet downloads. Due to the nature of digital downloads we can offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to request store credit or a return please contact us via email, including your order number and any relevant information.

Digital Downloads:

  1. If you have any issues with a product get in touch within 30 days and let us know.
  2. By completing a purchase you agree that the issue of a refund will be made at the sole discretion of the Lufspill Staff and that all decisions made by the Lufspill Staff are final.
  3. We are happy to issue store credit or a refund if your product is proven to be defective.
  4. Unfortunately unless our download system has not registered a download – i.e. you have not attempted a download by clicking on the download link issued to you, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind, please read the product description and software requirements carefully - each product page provides you with the precise information of required software you need to have installed on your system.

We can’t offer a refund if:

  1. You cannot use the product due to hardware or software limitations – i.e. you do not enough hard drive storage for the product
  2. You no longer need the purchased product.
  3. You have changed your mind
  4. On bulk / Bundled orders
  5. More than one refund per person.

Please examine your order upon receipt and promptly reach out if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect download. Contact us via email, including your order number and any relevant information. This will allow us to assess the issue and rectify it accordingly

Upon receiving and reviewing your email, we will investigate the matter. Please keep in mind the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
